For living the value of Malasakit, the Awardee had displayed self initiative. Even if the task is not the Awardees' expertise, the Awardee will research for possible solutions. Most of the time, the solution found became the permanent solution.
For living the value of Speed & Agility, the Awardee had shown an ability to quickly adapt to a difficult situation. At one time, we had a scheduled session with a most admired company. Unfortunately, the Awardee got sick. But instead of resting, the Awardee offered to do a remote session from home. The result was scheduled activity was able to be finished immediately.
For living the value of Teamwork, the Awardee will accept any task even though it is not in his job description as long as it will help the company meet its objectives. The Awardee can work with practically anyone in the organization and be able to contribute.
